This ballistic module is designed to protect the lower abdomen area. It can be used independently to expand the fragmentation-protection coverage of a bulletproof vest or combined with a groin module when additional coverage is required (e.g., for tall individuals). The included ballistic insert can be found in the ballistic packs section. The mounting system allows vertical or horizontal placement of pouches.
