For quick access to the contents, simply pull the handle. The back panel features a spacious pocket with an elastic strap for storing larger medical supplies. Inside the side panels are a pocket and elastic band for organizing additional items. The fold-down panel includes a special elastic cord for securing various equipment and medical items. For fast closure, the flap can be secured with velcro. On the outer sides, PALS/MOLLE webbing allows attachment of extra medical gear, such as a tourniquet.
